You may place the name, or photo of your target underneath the candle. 

• Hold the candle concentrating on your intention. Be very clear and straight to the point.

• Light the candle and take time to concentrate on your intention once again. (if you don't want to leave the candle burning when your not around it, simply smother it until the flame is out and relight when you get back)

• Once the candle is finished burning, say "Thank YOU! It is complete" and throw the candle away from your home.
